特殊油品密度测试方法探讨

PROBE INTO THE DENSITY TESTING METHOD OF SPECIAL OIL

使用SH/T0604-2000石油产品密度测定法(U型振动管法)对塔河油田特殊油品(稠油、冒泡油及高蜡原油等)进行密度测试,与国标GB1884-2000密度计法做比对试验,同时针对各类原油密度检测的方法条件及影响检测结果的因素等,均做了大量的、不同密度的原油样品测试,做了仪器的精度试验(重复性、重现性的测试)、特殊油品前处理方法的比对及密码检查样品。实验数据证明用仪器法SH/T0604-2000和密度计法GB1884-2000的分析结果比较无明显的差别,且具有良好的一致性。

Using the SH/T0604-2000 petroleum product density testing method (U vibrograph testing method) to conduct the density testing for the TaHe oil field special oil products (thick oil, bubbling oil and high-wax crude oil and so on); comparing it with the GB1884-2000 densimeter testing method, simultaneously aiming at each kind of crude oil density testing method and condition and the factors to influence testing result and so on, we have made massive and different density crude oil sample testing, have performed the precise experiment of instruments (repetitive and reproducible testing), the comparison testing of the pre-processing method of the special oil product and the testing of password checking sample.The experimental data prove that the analysis result of using instrument method SH/T0604-2000 and the densimeter method GB1884-2000 is not obviously different, and they also have the good consistency.
