摘要
地下街作为现代城市捷运系统的重要商业空间,地下街的内部空间如何创造出具经济效益、展现出城市本身文化的特质,并能成功而持续地对地下街进行经营,是目前地下街在开发与经营上的一个主要课题。由对台北东区地下街的商业空间进行分析,藉以归纳出地下街在塑造商业空间的设计方式与将城市文化精神加入地下街空间布局的经验,并对于我国未来在其它城市开发地下街时能够提供开发与经营上一定的经验参考。
As one of the important modern city underground ( subway) system utility spaces, the Underground Street has become a popular issue to discuss. Furthermore, how to create and maximize its economic effects, to show off the characteristic of city culture and sustainable operation successfully are the main subjects to consider in plan- ning and developing a Underground Street. This dissertation sums up the business space design mode and experience of an Underground Street by analyzing the East Metro mall, Taipei to provide more experiences to other cities, which would have planning or designing a Underground Street in the near future.
