摘要 聚合物胶束与泡囊均系由两亲性分子在水中自组装形成的药物载体。本文对它们的定义、形成机理、应用特点、载体材料、制备方法等加以讨论,并介绍其应用进展。 Polymersome micelles and niosomes are the medication vehicle composed by amphiphilic block copolymer self-assembling in water, This article mainly discusses their definition, composing mechanism, application characteristics, carrier materials and preparations, and introduces their latest development and application.
