猪瘟病毒石门株与兔化弱毒疫苗株之间抗原差异的单克隆抗体分析 被引量:12

摘要 采用间接免疫荧光方法,用19株抗猪瘟病毒单克隆抗体对猪瘟病毒石门株与疫苗株(兔化弱毒株)的抗原性进行分析。结果显示,9株抗猪瘟病毒E2蛋白的单抗中有4株与2株病毒均反应,但反应程度略有差别;9株抗猪瘟病毒Erns蛋白的单抗中只有3株与2株病毒都反应,其他6株在识别石门株与兔化弱毒株之间存在差别;抗猪瘟病毒NS2/3蛋白的单抗只识别弱毒株。表明,抗猪瘟病毒单抗可用于猪瘟病毒石门株与兔化弱毒疫苗株抗原性差异的分析。 Antigenicities of the classical swine fever virus(CSFV) Shimen strain and C-strain were analyzed with 19 monoclonal antibodies(McAbs) against CSFV by the indirect immunofluorescence assay. Four of 9 strains of McAbs against CSFV E2 protein could react differentially with the two strains of CSFVs. Three of 9 strains of McAbs against CSFV E^rns protein could react with the two strains of CSFVs,and the other six could react differentially with the two strains of CSFVs. The McAbs against CSFV NS2/3 protein could only react with the C-strain. The results indicated that the McAbs against CSFV could be used to analyze the antigenic difference between the two strains of CSFVs.
