摘要
目的观察ET-SPACETM全身热疗系统对65例恶性肿瘤90人次全身热化疗中的毒副反应。方法对65例不同肿瘤病理类型和多种组织恶性肿瘤患者在深度镇静麻醉下进行全身热化疗,观察治疗中和治疗后毒副反应发生的情况。结果发生烧伤9例,尺神经损伤2例,脉搏氧指夹挤烧伤2例,血压偏低3例,急性呼吸衰竭2例,严重心动过速1例。结论全身热化疗是治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的一个安全、易操作的全身治疗手段。
Objective To observe the adverse reaction of 65 patients with advanced malignant tumors for 90 man-times treatment by whole body hyperthermia （WBH） and chemotherapy with ET-SPACETM. Methods 65 patients with various malignant tumors applied WBH and chemotherapy under deep conscious-sedation. To observe the adverse reaction dur/ng the treatment and posttreatment. Results Nine burns, two ulnar nerve injures, two crush burns by pulse oxygen-finger-clip, three hypotensions, one severe tachycardia. Conclusions The whole body hyperthermia and chemotherapy is a safe and easy operating treatment for advanced malignant tumors.
