摘要
目的对FMDV WFL株全基因组进行克隆及测序,并对其基因组进行了比较分析,结果表明WFL株全长为8155nt,该毒株5’UTR长1 059nt(untranslatable region,UTR),编码区核苷酸长度为6969nt,3’UTR包括93nt非编码碱基和34nt poly(A);WFL株与HKN/2002的核苷酸及氨基酸同源性最高;WFL株的polyC长17nt,其中C碱基占94.12%,仅有一个U碱基;3A基因有10个氨基酸的缺失。
The full length eDNA of foot- and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) WFL strain was cloned and sequenced and its genome as well as each gene were compared with those of the reference strains whose sequences were obtained from GenBank. Their genetic ehraeteristies were analyzed by biological softwares. It was found that the eDNA of WFL strain appeared to be 8155 nt, including 1059 nt of the 5' un-translatable region(UTR), 6969 nt open reading frame(ORF) and 127 nt of 3' UTR composed of 93 nt of non-coding bases and 34nt of poly(A). The highest homology in nucleotides and amino acids was found to be existed between WFL strain and HKN/2000 strain. In addition, the length of poly(C) from WFL strain was found to be 17 nt, in which 94.12% were the C-bases with only one U-base; and 10 amino acid deletions could be detected in 3A gene.
