目的研究制定人兽共患病暴发流行调查的处理规范,确保疫情发生后应对工作及时、高效、有序。方法根据不同人兽共患病暴发流行时不同处理方法和特点,探讨调查处理的难点和关键,探讨制定处理规范。结果人兽共患传染病暴发调查的关键是部门之间的有效配合,现场调查处理工作规范包括准备、疫情的确认、调查方案、扩大调查、资料的整理分析、控制措施、信息发布和提交报告等内容。疫情处理遵循边调查、边处理、边总结分析的原则。结论部门之间的沟通和配合是快速有效完成疫情暴发流行调查的关键。

In order to enact the protocal of investigation and management during prevalent time for the purpose of responding on highly efficient, well organied medical aid and emergency control after the events as well as reduce the death to lowest, the investigation methods and the treatment of zoonoses in prcvelent time were analyzed. Then organized the experts to hold the workshop to solve the key problems and encat the protocal for that. It showed that the effective cooperation among various sectors is very important. The working standardization of field investigation should include the preparation for investigation, confirmation of the outbreak, investigation plan, investigation scale-up, data sorting and analysis, control measures and information release. Principles of outbreak management include investigation, handling and analysis. In conclusion, the key protocol of the outbreak investigation to lies in the efficient communication and cooperation of different vectors.
