The Interpretation of Right of Abode in the Poor's Economics

"穷人经济学"的居住权的实质,就是关于住房的制度安排,能否取得利益表达和社会稳定之间的平衡。基于"居住权是基本人权"和"居住权又是穷人的生存权"的命题,必须解决好穷人的居住的生存问题。既不"经济"又不"适用"的经济适用房并不具备"穷人经济学"应有的道德关怀,应着力构建真正适合于并服务于穷人的廉租房机制。

The essence of the fight of abode in the Poor＇s Economics is whether the arrangement of housing can keep the balance between interest articulation and social stability. The fight of abode is the basic human right, and the fight of abode is also the fight to subsistence of the poor. Therefore, the poor must be well maintained with housing. The economically affordable housing is not economical or affordable, and is deficient in humanitarian care which is indispensable in the Poor＇s Economics. Accordingly, the mechanism of low-rent housing should be constructed to suit and serve the poor.
