摘要
刑罚的及时性应是经济犯罪防治的重要制约因素。通过对经济犯罪的及时制裁,使犯罪人在犯罪后的较短时间内就受到处罚,消除其继续犯罪的可能性,被犯罪破坏的社会经济秩序就容易被恢复。实现刑罚及时性的主要路径有:缩短刑事诉讼周期;提升诉讼节奏;简化诉讼程序。
The timely punishment should be an important measure to restrict the economic crime. If the criminal could be punished timely, the broken economic relation will be renown. The ways and means are multiplicity ,and the paper will discuss them.
