摘要
[目的]观察中药外敷治疗外伤后的肢体肿胀的临床疗效。[方法]对48例确诊为软组织损伤,局部无皮肤破损患者采用栀黄双柏散外敷。[结果]治疗肢体外伤48例均有明显疗效。[结论]栀黄双柏散外敷治疗外伤后的肢体肿胀临床疗效确切。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect on injured limbs swelling treated with traditional Chinese drugs（TCD）. [Method] Administer Zhihuang Shuangbai San to 48 patients of soft tissue injure without broken skin. [Result] 48 cases had marked good effect. [Conclusion] Outer application of Zhihuang Shuangbai San has definite cure effect on limbs swelling after trauma.
