疏肝健脾汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎42例疗效观察

Bile Regurgitation Gastritis Treated with Shugan Jianpi Decoction

[目的]观察疏肝健脾汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效[方法]将42例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组予以疏肝健脾汤治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮、奥美拉唑口服:疗程均为6周。[结果]治疗组临床疗效与对照组相当,而在缓解上胃脘胀痛,脘腹痞满优于对照组。[结论]疏肝健脾汤治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效满意。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Jianpi Decoction on bile regurgitation gastritis. [Method] Randomly divide 42 cases into 2 groups, the treatment group was treated with Sbugan Jianpi Decoction, the control one took orally Iloperidone and omeprazole; both for 6 weeks. [Result] The clinical effect was comparatively the same in the two groups; while on relieving distending pain and stomach fullness feeling, the treatment group was better than the control one. [Conclusion] Shugan Jianpi Decoction has satisfying cure effect on bile regurgitaiton gastritis.
