自拟红藤汤保留灌肠联合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎

Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Treated with Sargentglory Decoction Preserved Enema Combined with Microwave Physical Therapy

[目的]观察中药保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。[方法]将120例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为两组。治疗组60例用红藤汤保留灌肠治疗基础上联合微波理疗治疗,对照组60例单纯抗炎治疗。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.6%,对照组总有效率为70%。两组总有效率比较,差异有非常显著性。[结论]红藤汤保留灌肠联合微波理疗治疗慢性盆腔炎,疗效明显优于单纯运用抗生素,为慢性盆腔炎的综合治疗增加了药效吸收、副作用小、患者易接受的治疗方法。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of TCD preserved enema on chronic pelvic inflammation. [Method] Randomly divide 120 cases into 2 groups,the treatment group treated with Sargentglory Decoction preserved enema combined with microwave physical therapy; the control one 60 cases with pure anti-inflammation treatment. [Result] The total effective rate was 96.6% for the treatment group, 70% for the control one. Their comparison showed marked difference. [Conclusion]The said therapy had better cure effect than pure antibiotics in treating chronic pelvic inflammation, with the good points of quick medical absorption,little side effects and easy acception to the patient,
