自拟异位方内外合治异位妊娠35例

Self-made Yiwei Decoction Treat Heterotopic Pregnancy 35 Cases

[目的]观察自拟异位方配合外治法对异位妊娠的临床疗效。[方法]治疗组(35例)在米非司酮、MTX治疗基础上,加用活血化瘀、消症杀胚之中药,并与常规治疗的对照组(38例)比较。[结果]βHCG2周转阴率,治疗组85.71%,对照组28.95%,两组结果差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗2周包块消退情况,治疗组有效率97.14%,对照组78.94%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]自拟异位方对于异位妊娠能缩短疗程,提高疗效。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of self-made Yiwei decoction combined with external treatment on heterotopic pregnancy. [Method] The treatment group was added with Chinese drugs activating blood circulation to remove stasis, clearing mass and killing fetus on the basis of Mifepristone and MTX,and compare it with control group（38） with routine therapy. [Result] On βHCG 2-week negative-reversing rate, the treatment group was 85.71M, 28.95% for control one, the difference was marked（P〈0.05）. After treated for 2 weeks,on mass-reducing, the effective rate was 97.14% for the treatment group, 78.94% for the control one,their difference was obvious（P〈0.05）. [Conclusion]The said decoction can shorten course and improve cure effect for heterotopie pregnancy.
