摘要
[目的]观察中医药治疗血液透析后瘙痒症的临床疗效。[方法]对照组采用西替利嗪片,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药辨证论治。[结果]两组总有效率分别为61%、95%,比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗血液透析后瘙痒症有较好疗效。
[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of combination of TCM and WM on post-hemodialysis itch. [Method] The control group takes eetirizine tablets,the treatment group is added with TCD by differentiation of signs on the basis of the control one. [Result] The total effective rates of the two groups are 61% and 95 % respectively, their comparison is markedly different（P〈 0. 05）. [Conclusion] The combination of TCM and WM has good cure effect on post-hemodialysis itch.
