摘要
[目的]调查我院2006年9月~2007年8月住院患者送检标本分离的铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南的耐药水平,并分析亚胺培南耐药株对其他常用抗菌药物的耐药性。[方法]临床标本分离的铜绿假单胞菌用常规K-B方法进行药物敏感性试验,若结果判定为耐药和中介,则进一步采用琼脂倍比稀释法检测铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南及其他10种抗菌药物的MIC。[结果]铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南的耐药率为13.7%,22株耐亚胺培南的铜绿假单胞菌对10常用种抗菌药物的耐药率也普遍较高,有3株铜绿假单胞菌对受试的11种抗菌药物全部耐药。[结论]铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南的耐药率较高,并对多种抗菌药物耐药,应引起高度重视。
[Objective]To survey the imipenem(IMP)resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from hospitalized patient, and analysis of antimicrobial susceptibility of imipenem-resistant strains. [Methods]The MIC values of resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa to IMP and other 10 antimicrobial agents were tested by agar-plating diluted technique. [Results]The resistant rate to IMP resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the percent of 13.7. 22 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant to IMP also have a higher resistance to other 10 antimicrobial agents. 3 strains isolated were resistant to the total 11 antimicrobial agents. [Conclusion]We'll pay more attention to the fact that pseudomonas aeruginosa not only has a high resistance to IMP but also resistant to many strains of antimicrobial agents.
