沐舒坦佐治早产儿反复呼吸暂停临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨沐舒坦佐治早产儿反复呼吸暂停的疗效。方法对50例(治疗组)生后1~3d的早产儿呼吸暂停者在常规治疗的基础上,给予沐舒坦7.5mg/次加10%葡萄糖10ml,静脉点滴,每日2次,连用5~7d。观察呼吸、反应、肺出血、脑缺氧及颅内出血情况,并与常规治疗的40例(对照组)早产儿呼吸暂停者的疗效对照分析。结果呼吸暂停消失时间治疗组为(1.61±1.31)d,对照组为(4.59±2,67)d,两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。意识恢复正常时间治疗组为(1.84±2.41)d,对照组为(4.41±2.91)d,两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01)。头颅CT显示:治疗组脑出血及肺出血的发生率均明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01);治疗组脑水肿也低于对照组,但两组比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论沐舒坦佐治早产儿反复呼吸暂停,可使临床症状消失快,促进意识旱日恢复,并减少并发症的发生,提高生命质量。 Objective To explore the curative effect of mucosolvan on repeated apnea in premature infants. Methods 40 cases in the contrast group were treated with routine therapy. 50 cases in the treatment group were treated with 7.5mg of mucosolvan once and 10ml of 10 % glucose in addition to the routine therapy, twice a day for 5 to 7 days. Contrasts were made between the two groups in terms of respiration, reaction, penumorrhagia cerebral anoxia and intracranial hemorrhage. Results The disappearance time of apena was) ( 1.61 ± 1.31) days in the treatment group and (4.59 ± 2.67) days in the contrast group( P 〈 0.01). The time of consciousness restoration was (1.84 ± 2.41) days in the treatment group and (4.41 ± 2.91) days in the contrast group( P 〈 0. 01). The incidence rates of cerebral hemorrhage and pneumorrhagia were much lower in the treatment group than in the contrast group ( P 〈 0.01). No significant differences existed in the curative effect on cerebral edema between the two group( P 〉0.05). Conclusion Mucosolvan can help treat repeated apnea in premature infants by making clinical symptoms disappearing quickly, contributing to early consciousness restoration, reducing complications and promoting life quality.
