摘要
市民社会作为在市场经济充分发展的基础上所日益形成的社会形态,是实现现代社会良性运行和协调发展的重要功能系统;其在历史向度中展现的私人指涉性、群体指涉性、公共指涉性转向,则逐步彰显着"契约性"社会自治中所内蕴的个体伦理精神、群体伦理精神以及公共伦理精神。
The citizens＇ society is the social forms that lays its foundation on the market economy with full development, which is the important functional system of social benignity movement and the coordinated development; which unfolds the personally, community and publicly in history, which reveals gradually the individual ethics spirit, the community ethics spirit as well as the public ethics spirit of social contract--autonomy.
