Environment Problem under the View of the Risk Society and the Management of It

我们生活在一个"除了冒险别无选择的社会"。人类社会已经进入风险社会,而风险社会中的环境问题也具有与传统的环境问题不一样的特征。因此,从"风险社会"理论的视角理解风险社会中环境问题的特征并提出相应的治理对策显得尤为必要和迫切。

We are living in a risk society, the environment problem in risk society is different from that in traditional society. The author is about to find out the characteristic of the environment problem under the angle of the risk society,and give some suggestions to treat it.
