新型陶瓷湿敏元件的性能研究

摘要 本文介绍了用金属氧化物型陶瓷材料制成的湿敏元件及其感湿特性,对陶瓷材料的结构以及元件的感湿特性与陶瓷材料结构的关系进行了初步的探讨. A humidity-sensitive element made of metal oxide ceramic material and its characteristic are presented in this paper. The construction of ceramic material and its relation with humidity-sensitive characteristic are discussed ,too.
