摘要
煤沥青中QI分为原生和次生,影响原生QI的主要因素有:炼焦配煤的组成、煤料的粒度容重、炼焦温度和煤的水分等;影响次生的是:煤焦油加工设备材质和煤焦油蒸馏工艺及煤沥青改质方法。煤沥青主要作为成型碳素材料粘结剂,目前质量还存在未去除携带QI、焦油蒸馏时加碳酸钠使沥青中钠离子偏高、对中间相(次生QI)含量和大小没有控制手段和检验方法等。针对这些问题,我国煤沥青生产厂在技术开发、引进、产品开发、完善检验手段等方面开展了大量工作。
QI in coal tar pitch are divided into primary QI and secondary QI. The main influence factors of primary QI include coking blend, the particle size and unit weight of coal charge, the temperature of coking and the water content of coal. And those of secondary QI include the materials of coal tar processing equipment, the technology of coal tar distillation and the modifying methods of coal tar pitch. Coal tar pitch is used as a molding carbon binder. The quality of binder pitch still leaves much to be desired, in that, unremoving QI, higher the sodium ion cost by adding sodium carbonate and the lack of effective control means and testing methods for the intermediate phase. For settling these problems, the plants producing coal tar pitch have done a great deal of works in technical development and introduction, produce development and analysis improvements.
