摘要
介绍了济钢ASP生产线焊瓶用HP295的开发轧制情况,探索了ASP生产线HP295钢带的轧制工艺对屈强比的影响。结果表明,试制钢采用的C0.13%~0.19%、Si≤0.05%、Mn 0.7%~1.0%的成分设计思路和860℃终轧温度、640℃卷取温度以及两段式层流冷却工艺,可有效降低屈强比,满足了钢的强度塑性等指标的要求。
The development of the HP295 steel plate for welded gas cylinder in Jigang Steel ASP production line was introduced. The influence of rolling process on the yield ratio was researched. The results shown that the yield ratio could be decreased, the strength and plastic property could be improved by selecting the component of C 0.13%-0.19%, Si ≤ 0.05%, Mn 0.7%-0.9%, and the finish rolling temperature of 860 ℃, the coiling temperature of 660 ℃, the process of two stage cooling.
