Transformation of 45 t Converter Body's Supporting Device in Laiwu Steel

莱钢炼钢厂对3座45 t转炉炉体支撑装置进行改造,通过重新设计炉体的球面支撑连接装置,优化转炉上、下止动块与托圈的配合尺寸,改造上、下止动块固定方式,从根本上消除了销轴的轴向窜动,故障停机率同期下降了80.7%,年创造经济效益240多万元。

Through redesigning the spherical supporting device of 3 seats of 45 t converter body, optimizing the adapting sizes between upper and lower arresting stop and ring support and transforming the fixing mode of upper and lower arresting stop, the steelmaking plant of Laiwu Steel basically reduced axial movement of the wrist. Then the fault rate from breakdown was lowered by 80.71% and annual economical benefit was more than 2.4 million.
