摘要
广钢5号高炉采用了图拉法新型高炉熔渣处理工艺,针对运行初期的设备故障采取了一系列改进措施。重新设计粒化轮轴承的密封型式,并在轴承座外增加甩水环,解决了粒化轮卡死的问题;扩大了粒化轮外壳的冷却面积,减少了粒化轮外壳的变形;改用耐磨泵减小了泵的故障。改进后减少了设备故障及维护费用,效益显著。
TYNA new style slag disposal process was adopted in GISE's No.5 blast furnace. In allusion to the equipment malfunction in primeval run time, a series of ameliorations were taken. They are redesigning the seal form of the bearing seat of granulation wheel and adding swing water ring out of the bearing seat, then lock question of the granulation wheel was solved; Enlarging the cooling area of the granulation wheel's crust to reduce the its distortion; choosing wearable pump to reduce the malfunction. Due to the ameliorations, the equipment malfunction and maintenance charge were reduced, and big benefit was made.
