高技术产业的发展,其技术经济进程已显示出超越传统工业的经济学特性,除了规模经济性之外,其关联经济性、速度经济性和范围经济性是传统工业所不具有的。范围经济性,是指在高技术发展的技术经济系统动态过程中,带动其相关技术产业发展的经济性;关联经济性,主要是指在高技术产业发展的技术经济系统动态进程中,每个创业周期之间,以及在单个创业周期内,创新的经济价值是相互关联的;速度经济性,即高技术产业发展是一个连续不断创新的高速发展链,一项高技术要在最短的时期内实现其产业化、规模化的创业,否则该项技术将很快被淘汰。认识和掌握高技术产业发展技术经济过程的经济学特性,对发展高技术产业,有着重要的理论指导意义。

With the development of high-tech industry,its technical economic progress has surpassed the special economic characteristics of the traditional industry.Except its large scale,its other factors such as tight link,high speed and wide scope have gone beyond those of the traditional industry.Scope economics stimulates the development of relative technical industry in the process of high-tech development for technical economy.Link economics indicates that the economic value of innovation between every two innovation cycles and in each innovation cycle.Speed economics,namely,the high-tech industry is a continuous innovation chain,and a piece of high-tech should bring about the industrialization and scale business within the shortest possible time.Otherwise,it will be eliminated quickly during the dynamic proceedings of the technical economic system in high-tech development.It is of important theoretical significance for us to recognize and grasp the economic characteristics during the process of high-tech development.
