摘要
大学生就业政策体现了国家对毕业生择业的政策导向。当前大学毕业生的就业观念、环境和就业形式已发生了很大变化。但我国仍采用传统的大学生就业概念、统计方式,导致了人们认识大学生就业问题的误区,夸大了就业矛盾,直接影响到社会相关部门正确决策与社会主义和谐社会的建设。因此,政府各决策部门应对毕业生就业中出现的新形式进行分析与思考,以获得客观和正确的社会事实真相,作为决策的根据。
The employment policies for university graduates provide the government guidance for their employment. Great changes have taken place in terms of concept of employment and the environment and patterns of employment by university graduates. However, the traditional employment concept, statistic methods have led people to the misunderstanding of the employment by the university graduates and exaggerate the contradiction. It has directly affected the making of correct policies by the departments concerned and the construction of socialist harmonious society. Therefore, the policy-making development should make an analysis and consideration of new problems coming out of graduates' employment, have the objective and correct social facts and take them as the base for making decision.
