摘要
通过DF525系列浆料与PVA性能特点的比较分析,并经使用实践表明:应用高性能淀粉衍生物进行细特高密纯棉及一般涤棉品种上浆,可实现无PVA上浆;在保证织机高速高效前提下,既可降低用浆成本,又符合国家当前节能减排的环保要求。
Through performance analysis and comparison of DF525 series of size against PVA in addition to their use practices , it is proved that fine tex & high density pure cotton product and normal polyester/cotton product can be sized with no PVA if by use of high performance starch size. It reduces sizing cost and meets the environment protection requirment of the state whilst quarantees high weaving speed and wearing efficiency.
