摘要
本文采用20,45,T 7,T12四种碳钢材料,探索了碳钢膏剂法 B-V 共渗的工艺参数及钢中 C 含量对共渗温度、时间的影响,使用的是比较理想的Ⅲ膏剂配方.共渗后根据渗层显微硬度和渗层深度确定碳钢共渗工艺参数.实验表明,钢中的含 C 量对共渗工艺有明显影响.当钢中 C 含量低于或等于0.77%时宜采用940℃共渗温度和4h 共渗保温时间.当 C 含量高于0.77%时碳钢共渗温度以提高至960℃,共渗保温时间仍可保持4h.对渗层进行 X 射线分析,渗层中含有 Fe_2B,VC 和 AlV_3等相.渗层显微硬度有显著提高.本文还对碳钢 B-V 共渗机理进行了初步探讨.
This paper deals with the technology of vanadium-boriding carbon steel by pasty agent.According to the data of surface hardness and layer depth of vanadium-boriding,the optimum composition of the pasty agent and the tech- nological parameters have been obtained. The experiments have shown that the optimum vanadium-boriding tempera- ture is 940—960℃ and technological time is 4 hours.The technological tempe- rature and time and the carbon content of the steel have a remarkable influence on the effect of the vanadium-boriding technology.
