摘要 热休克蛋白(HSPs)是细胞在受到刺激后产生的非特异性保护蛋白,参与细胞的损伤修复。本文介绍了热休克蛋白的分类及其分子生物学特性,概述了其分子伴侣、抗细胞凋亡、抗氧化功能等细胞保护作用的机制,从射线诱导HSPs表达、抗辐射诱导的细胞凋亡、DNA损伤防护等方面总结了HSPs的辐射防护作用。HSPs有可能成为新一代辐射损伤防护剂。 Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are nonspecific protective proteins produced by ceils after receiving stress stimulation which participate in cell damage repair. This article introduced classification of heat shock proteins and their molecular biological features, and outlined the mechanisnts of their protective functions for cells, such as molecular chaperones, antiapoptosis and antioxidation. This article also summarized radiation protective functions of heat shock proteins from following aspects: rays induce the expression of heat shock proteins, resisting cell aopoptosis induced by radiation and DNA damage protection. Heat shock proteins have the potential of being a new generation protective agent against radiation damage.
