摘要
光子晶体由在一块均质电介质板上垂直平行地所钻的空气孔构成,此结构的光子晶体对在其中传播的平面波能高质量地被聚焦,同时显示出很强的远场聚焦.笔者对频率为0.19 Hz(2πc/a)的激发Bloch波模进行模拟,发现在近布里渊区(Brillouin tone)边界附近出现负折射现象.
The PC is constituted by air holes distributed in a uniform dielectric parallelly.A good-quality focus of a plane wave can appear out of the PC structure,and a strong far field focus is also formed from the PC interface.A negative-refractive beam at the frequency 0.19(2πc/a) for the excited Bloch wave mode near the BZ(Brillouin Zone) edges under all incident angles were obtained by simulation.
