细角螺几种组织的同工酶分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板梯度凝胶电泳技术,对细角螺7种组织(外套膜、肌肉、肝脏、心脏、生殖腺和缠卵腺)的7种同工酶(EST,SOD,ME,MDH,LDH,ADH,GDH)进行了分析,结果表明:所测组织中未检出ADH和GDH,LDH除了在肝脏中呈现较浓的条带外,在其他组织均呈现微弱条带,无组织差异性;ME,EST,SOD,MDH在组织间具有显著的差异. By the vertical polyacrylamide gel gradient electrophoresis,isozymes(SOD,EST,ME,MDH,LDH,GDH,ADH)from seven tissues((the mantle,the muscle,the liver,the heart,the gill,the gonad,the nidamental gland) of Hemifusus ternatanus were studied.The results showed that there were not ADH and GDH isozymes in any of seven tissues.The expression of LDH isozymes had only one band found in the heart,and the band is faint except the liver.The isozymes phenotypes of ME,EST,SOD,MDH had evident difference among certain tissues.
