摘要
本文阐述了"LYM—Ⅰ型拉廷模 CAD 系统"的建立过程及其主要模块的设计方法.在工艺计算模块中采用的优化设计方法,避免了传统的试凑法进行拉延系数再分配的缺陷,使工艺设计方案的确定更趋经济合理.本系统采用的可替换式模具结构图库,解决了拉延模尚未实现标准化这一棘手问题,保证了模具标准各异的模具生产厂均可顺利地使用本系统进行拉延模的设计工作.通过对本系统的反复试用证明,本系统的设计结果均优于采用传统手工设计方法,得出的设计结果.
This paper expounds the founding process of aCAD system of drawing mould' and designing method of main programs.The method of optimal design which was adopted in the block of technological calculation avoided the defect that the testing method redistributes the drawing coefficient and made the technological plan more economical and reasonable. The replaceable map-debase of the mould structure was adopted in this system,and the very difficult problem that drawing mould has no structure of united standard was solved. It ensured that any plant can use this system to design drawing mould with different standards. It has been proved by repeated tests that the design result of this system is more optimal than that of traditional method.
