康门维新弟子人才思想特点评析

Discuss on the characteristics of the talent idea of You-wei Kang's reforming disciples

近代中国,时局变幻,民族危亡。人才始终成为近代有识之士所关注的话题。康门弟子,即近代著名政治家、思想家、教育家康有为的弟子。在19世纪末20世纪初,与其他派别人才思想相比较,曾追随其师从事维新变法活动的主要康门维新弟子人才思想体现出时代进步性、深入探索性以及趋向先进的过渡性的特点。

There are great political and national crises in modem China. Under this background,the problems about talent become more serious,which is concerned by many people of noble aspiration.The study object of the article is the characteristics of the talent idea of some important disciples of You-wei Kang who is a famous politician ,thinker and educator in modem China. These disciples of Kang have followed their teacher to participate the Reformation of 1898 or the concerned cause in the late 19th and early 20th century. Compared with the other group＇s talent idea,it is thought that the talent idea of the Kang＇s reforming disciples have three features which are progressing in the times,relatively thorough exploring, and transitional to a more advanced stage.
