预防医学专业学生实践能力培养的思考

Thinking on practical ability training of preventive medical students

目前,在医学院校预防医学专业学生的实践能力培养方面存在着一定的问题,其主要原因与教师脱离实际工作、用人单位人员授课效果不令人满意、教材理论性太强、学生主动性不够有关。建议通过鼓励教师直接参与实际工作、用人单位参与教学、设立社区实践基地等方式来加强实践教学,培养实用性人才。

Nowadays in the medical colleges there were certain problems in practical ability training of preventive medical students, such as teachers far separated from practical experience, low teaching effect of teachers from sanitation and prevention department, too theoretic text books, little initiative of students in learning. Practical ability training of preventive medical students should be strengthened by teachers with practical experiences, courses given by departments where the talents were needed and establishment of practice bases in the communities.
