我院通过多年的探索和实践,心理健康教育形成了"十个一工程"的模式,即健全一种管理体制、建设一支工作队伍、打造一块咨询阵地、培育一门精品课程、举办一组心理讲座、组织一周主题活动、建立一份心理档案、鼓励一切自助行动、整合一校优势资源、形成一批研究成果,有力地推动了心理健康教育工作的开展。

The exploration of mechanism, contents and methods of psychological education for students in medical colleges is valuable in theory and practice. Through a lot of exploration and practice for many years, we found a ＂ten ＇ ONE＇ program ＂ psychological education pattern： management system perfected,good work team organized, advisory position built, fine course created, a series of lectures conducted, weekly psychological activities conducted, psychological files established, self-help activities encouraged, college resources integrated, research achievements acquired.
