外科学标准化病人培训的探索与思考

Exploration and thinking on the training of surgical standardized patient

标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)已经广泛运用于医学教育与医学考试中,但规范有效的培训方式尚是热点之一。根据我院实施情况,结合文献,本文在分析外科学标准化病人的应用特点的基础上,探讨外科学标准化病人的培训方式,以促进标准化病人在外科学临床教学中应用的发展与成熟。

Standardized patient（SP） are healthy people or patients who are not medical professionals. They have been widely used in medical teaching and examinations. Nevertheless standard and effective training of SP is still the focus of attention. According to the training of SP in our department and referring to some literatures this paper discussed the application and selection of surgical SP, surgical SP training experiences we got during the training.
