Reflections on Cultivation of Creative Talents of Higher Education

通过对大学生创新能力现状分析,找出影响高等院校创新型人才培养的主要原因:培养模式单一,应试教育的影响,教学方法死板,考试评价制度的影响。而高等教育培养创新型人才应采取的对策:转变教育思想观念;改革教学方法,调整教学内容,加强实践性环节教学;改革教学评价体系,注重学生个性发展;创造宽松的育人环境;广泛应用现代教育技术;加强师资队伍建设;加强科研训练环节的教学。

It has been found that the main factors have a negative effect on cultivating creative talents in the unversities, based on the study of college students＇ creativity at present. They include mononous cultivating pattern, examination-oriented education, inflexbile teaching method, and examination assessment system. So some measures should be taken to cultivate the creative talents of higher education, such as the conversion of the education concept, the reform of teaching method, the adjustment of teaching contents for the reinforcement of teaching practices, the reform of teaching assessment system for cultivating the students＇ individual development, the creation of loose and comfortable education environment, the extensive application of modem education technology, the improvement of staff teaching faulty, the intensification of the training in scientific research.
