运动员棘上韧带与棘间韧带损伤的诊断和治疗

The Diagnosis and Treatment for the Joint Injury to Athletes' Supraspinale and Intersprinalia Ligaments

目的：了解棘上韧带与棘间韧带合并损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法：32例患者均采用曲安奈德加0.2%利多卡因2-4ml对两韧带同时作局部封闭治疗。结果：棘上韧带合并棘间韧带损伤25例为1次性治愈，另7例第1次仅作棘上韧带封闭，疗效差，后追加棘间韧带封闭，治疗效果良好。结论：这类损伤确诊后，采用封闭治疗，通过临床观察，疗效优于其他治疗方法。

Objective： Getting to know about the diagnosis of the joint injury to the supraspinale and intersprinalia ligaments and the treatment as well. Methods： Thirty-two patients were treated for both the ligaments with local indicative with Qu＇ anaide and 2-4ml. of 0.2pereent Lidocaine. Results： Of the thirty-two patients, twenty-five received the treatment only once and were cured of the joint injury to the supraspinale and intersprinalia ligaments. The other seven, for the first time, were only treated with the indicative for their supraspinale ligaments, and the curative effects were poor. After making an additional indicative into their intersprinalia ligaments, good results were achieved. Conclusion： If this kind of joint injury is correctly diagnosed, the curative effect of this indicative treatment is better than those of the other treatments through the clinical observation.
