摘要
教师专业化是国际教师职业发展的趋势,也是教师教育培养目标的必然走向,论文采用问卷调查、访谈、数理统计和文献资料等方法,对江西省城区中学体育教师专业发展现状进行调查,结果表明:从年龄、学历、职称结构看,江西省城区中学体育教师的总体状况较好,但是江西省城区中学体育教师的专业意识、专业知识、专业能力、创新精神、科研能力等方面都与教师专业化的要求有不同程度的差距,江西省城区中学体育教师的专业化发展有很大的空间。
Teacher professionalization is the trend of international teacher vocational development, as well as the trend of teacher education and training goals. This paper adopts questionnaire, interview, statistics and documents to investigate the current situation of PE teacher professional development in the city secondary schools of Jiangxi. The results show that the current situation of the PE teachers is quite good in total from the view of age structure, diploma structure and professional title structure; but there are some gaps in varying degrees in professional consciousness, professional knowledge, specialized ability, creative spirit and the ability of science and research according to the demands of teacher professionalization.Thus, teacher professionalization development of PE teachers in the city secondary of Jiangxi can go in a very wide space.
