摘要
中国石油天然气股份有限公司大庆石化分公司1 200 kt/a乙烯改扩建项目需配套建设1套600 kt/a裂解汽油加氢装置。为配合汽油加氢装置技术的选择,文中就高压加氢和低压加氢技术进行了讨论研究。通过分析对比认为,高压加氢工艺的综合优势更有利于裂解汽油加氢装置的长周期运行,并推荐新建汽油加氢装置采用高压加氢技术。
A 600kt/a cracking gasoline hydroprocessing unit is to be constructed for the 1200kt/a Ethylene Plant Expansion and Modification Project in Daqing Petro- chemical Company.In order to select a gasoline hy- droprocessing technology,this paper discusses high pressure and low pressure hydroprocessing technologies respectively.The comparison shows that high pressure hydroprocessing technology has comprehensive advan- tages which contribute to the long-term operation of cracking gasoline hydroprocessing unit.So high pressure hydroprocessing technology is recommended for new gasoline hydroproeessing unit.
