双套管废热锅炉内管爆裂事故处理及原因分析

TREATMENT AND CAUSE ANALYSIS OF THE CRACK FAILURE OF INNER PIPE IN DOUBLE TUBE TRANSFER LINE EXCHANGER

介绍了中国石油天然气股份有限公司抚顺石化分公司乙烯化工厂乙烯裂解装置在分析、诊断、处理双套管废热锅炉爆裂事故方面的经验。分析阐述了压力容器的设计、制造、安装、使用以及设备材质等与双套管废热锅炉爆裂事故的关系。从实践中得出相应的几点避免事故的可行性方法。

This article introduces the experiences of PetroChina Fushun Petrochemical Company in analyz- ing,diagnosing and treating the crack failure of inner pipe in the double tube transfer line exchanger in Ethy- lene Plant.Relationship between the design,manufac- ture,installation,usage and material of pressure vessels and the crack failure of inner pipe in double tube trans- fer line exchanger is analyzed,and some feasible meth- ods are acquired from practices to avoid such a failure.
