摘要
8t 汽车起重机是全国拥有量最大、年产量最多的一种车型,被广泛应用在各行各业.本文主要论述8t汽车起重机首次故障时间的分布规律;所搜集到的汽车起重机可靠性数据,是产品定型和分等试验数据,其中将8t 汽车起重机可靠性数据,经过筛选后,在威布尔概率纸上描点作图,以图解法求出分布参数和可靠性特征量,并通过最小二乘法拟合,确认了首次故障时间的分布,接近指数分布,为起重机可靠性分析奠定了理论依据.
This paper mainly discusses the law of the first trouble time distribution of 8t truck crane.The number of the trucks of this kind now in use is the big gest in the whole country and the production quantity of it is also largest. It is widely used in various fields.The reliability data of the truck crane are the registration data and the test data of diffrerent grades.Among these data,we use reliabilty data of 8t truck crane and plot them on weibur proba- bility paper after screening,and made out the distribution parameters and specific reliability value,and then make approximation by the least square method. Therefore we first find out the failure time distribution which is nearly expo- nential distribution and this conclusion provides the theoretical basis for the reliability analysis of the crane.
