集体心理干预对儿童屈光参差性弱视治疗的影响

Efficacy of the Group Mental Intervention with Combined Therapy in the Treatment of Anisometropic Amblyopia in Children

目的:评价集体心理干预治疗在屈光参差性弱视儿童中治疗的价值。方法:将门诊就诊的屈光参差性弱视儿童随机分为集体心理干预联合弱视综合治疗组(43例49眼),同期就诊的39例42眼行弱视综合治疗,作为对照组,观察起效时间、依从性及疗效。结果:集体心理干预治疗起效快于综合治疗(21.1±0.6天/30.5±3.3天,t=4.89,P<0.001)。治疗三月后,集体心理干预组依从性良好的有79.1%(34/43),综合治疗组依从性良好的有53.8%(21/39),集体心理干预治疗的依从性好于综合治疗组(χ2=5.892,P=0.015)。治疗六月后,两组有效率差异无统计学意义(92%/83%,χ2=1.539,P=0.215)。但集体心理干预治疗组的治愈率为高于综合治疗组(27%(13/49)/7%(3/42),χ2=5.866,P=0.015)。结论:集体心理干预治疗可以提高屈光参差性弱视治疗的依从性,缩短疗程,提高治愈率。

Objective： To explore the role of group intervention in the treatment of children with anisometropic amblyopia. Method： Children with anisometropic amblyopia were randomly divided into intervention group （ 42 eyes of 39 cases ） and control group （49eyes of 43 cases） . The intervention group received group intervention for six months to improve their compliance to regular combined therapy. The time of getting improved, compliance and visual acuity were used as indications to assess the outcome. Results： The time of getting improved was shorter in the intervention group （ 21. 1 ± 0.6d/30. 5 ± 3.3d, t = 4. 89, P 〈 0. 001 ） . 79% children in intervention group （ 34/43 ） were rated as having good compliance, which was better than control （53% , X2 = 5. 892, P =0. 015 ） . The cure rate of intervention group was 27% （ 13/49 ） , higher than that of control （ 7%, 3/42, X^2 = 5. 866, P = 0. 015 ） . Conclusion ： Group intervention can improve the compliance, hasten improving and raise the cure rate of children with anisometropic amblyopia.
