医院感染耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌临床因素分析

Clinical factors of nosocomial infections caused by resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa

目的探讨导致医院感染耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌（IRPA）的临床因素。方法收集广州医学院荔湾医院2006年1月至2007年12月IRPA引起的院内感染36例临床资料，从基础疾病、侵入性操作和用药情况进行统计分析。结果对这36例医院感染铜绿假单胞菌临床资料分析发现，IRPA医院感染与下列因素有关：高龄、住院时间长、气管插管和留置导管，分离出IRPA前14d用过喹诺酮类及亚胺培南药物。结论气管插管和留置导管，以及亚胺培南和喹诺酮类药物的使用与医院IRPA感染有关。

Objective To investigate the clinical factors of nosocomial infections caused by resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa（IRPA）. Methods The data of 36 cases of IRPA nosocomial infections were analyzed from Jan ,2006 to Dec ,2007 in Liwan Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College ,and carried out statistical analysis from diseases,invasive operation and drug use. Results Data showed that the independent risk factors for IRPA nosocomial infection were ： senior citizens,long - time residents, tracheal intubation or indwelling catheter, fluoroquinolone and imipenem use 14 days before isolation of IRPA. Conclusion Tracheal intubation and indwelling catheter,fluoroquinolone and imipenem use are independent risk factors for IRPA nosocomial infection.
