摘要
目的拟通过比较经阴道超声分析输卵管妊娠破裂及出血性输卵管炎的声像图特征，以提高诊断率，减少误诊和漏诊。方法经腹部及经阴道对子宫及宫旁附件作多切面扫查，观察子宫及宫旁声像图特征。结果70例疑似输卵管妊娠，经手术及病理证实其中输卵管妊娠63例，出血性输卵管炎7例。结论输卵管妊娠破裂与出血性输卵管炎临床表现相似，经阴道超声能基本判断区分输卵管妊娠破裂与出血性输卵管炎，具有较高临床价值。
Objective To compare the ultrasound characteristics of tubal and hemorrhagic salpingitis by transvaginal ultrasonography,in order to improve diagnosis accuracy,lower misdiagnosis and wrong diagnosis. Methods Uterus and uterus aside manifestation was observed through multiple views by transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasonography. Results Among 70 suspected tubal pregnancy patients, 63 cases were tubal pregnancy,7 hemorrhagic salpingitis,which were confirmed by operation and pathologic slides. Conclusion The clinical manifestation is similar for both tubal pregnancy and hemorrhagic salpingitis, transvaginal ultrasonography can differentiate the two diseases and it has highly valuable in clinical diagnosis.
