摘要
近年来高等教育作为有偿教育,收费已经为全民所接受,并体现了市场化管理的特征。远程教育由于以运用多种媒体开展教学活动为特点,其市场化则表现为多个方面,如资源制造的市场化,资源传递的市场化,生源组织的市场化和考试服务的市场化等。目前国内公共服务体系共有三种组织形态,它们在发展中面临远程教育市场化的难题。
Because closing with higher education has needed to pay during several years, cashing is accepted by people now, and some character of commercial administrant is showed already. Using multi - media to develop teaching is peculiarity of distance education, so that its commercialization is represented in many ways, such as making teaching resource, transferring teaching resource, recruiting students, ministrant examination, etc. Based on the real industrialization of distance education Public Service System, the author of this paper analyzes three organize conformation of Public Service System in China, and introduces that we must face hard problems in commercialization of distance education.
