Determination of Pefloxacin by Terbium(Ⅲ) Ion Fluorescence Probe Sensitized by the Surfactant

摘要 稀土离子Tb^3+能与药物培氟沙星形成1:2络合物,并发出Tb^3+的特征荧光,加入表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)能显著增强该体系的荧光强度,据此建立了一种表面活性剂敏化Tb^3+荧光探针测定培氟沙星的新方法。在pH5.8~6.8,Tb^3+和SDS浓度分别为5.0×10^-4mol·L^-1和1.0×10^-2mol·L^-1的条件下,培氟沙星的浓度与体系的荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为3.0×10^-9~7.9×10^-6mol·L^-1;检出限为3.0×10^-9mol·L^-1。该方法可用于培氟沙星制剂和血清中药物含量的直接测定。 Terbium (Ⅲ) can react with pefloxacin (PEFX) to form 1:2 coordination compound with the characteristic fluorescence of terbium(Ⅲ) ion in a near neutral medium, while the surfactant of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) greatly increase the fluorescence intensity of the system. Based on this, sensitive method of determining pefloxadn was established. The optimal conditions were obtained as follows: pH= 5.8-6.8, the concentration of terbium(Ⅲ) was 5.0 × 10^-4 mol·L^-1 and the surfactant concentration of SDS was 1.0 × 10^-2 mol·L^-1. The linear range was 3.0× 10^-9-7.9× 10^-6 mol·L^-1 and the detection limit was 3× 10^-9 mol·L^-1. This method has been applied to the determination of pefloxacin in gelatine capsule and untreated human serum.
