摘要 选用有机硅烷偶联剂、除油剂和聚环氧琥珀酸对金属表面进行预处理,在金属表面形成了自组装分子膜,以替代传统的磷化和铬酸钝化工艺用于金属表面预处理。通过正交试验优化出最佳工艺条件为:温度20℃、时间20min、pH值9、10g/L除油剂、20mL/L有机硅烷偶联剂、20mL/L聚环氧琥珀酸。试验表明,经处理后涂层的附着力和耐蚀性显著提高,加入功能高分子材料可用于钢铁的中远期封存防锈。 Silane coupling agents,degreasing agent,and poly-epoxy succin-ic acid were used to prepare self-assembled monolayer on metal surface,aiming at replacing conventional phosphating and chro-mating processes for the pretreatment of metals.The optimized processing parameters gained by orthogonal tests for the prepara-linn of the self-assembled monolayer were determined as a temperature of 20 ℃,pretreatment time of 20 min,and pH value of 9,while the composition of the solution for the pretreatment was determined to be 10 g/L degreasing agent,20 mL/L silane coupling agent,and 20 mL/L poly-epoxy succinic arid.Moreover,the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the self-assembled mono-layer were evaluated.It was found that the self-assembled mono-layer had satisfactory adhesion to the metal substrate and good corrosion resistance as well,and it could be used for the long-term antirust sealing and protection of metals if combined with functional macromolecule materials.
