摘要
以绿矾作还原剂、电石渣作中和剂,对还原.絮凝沉淀处理电镀废水的方法进行了研究,探讨了绿矾-电石渣处理含铬废水的工艺条件。试验表明,最佳处理工艺条件为铁铬比20,还原反应的pH值3.0~4.0,还原时间50~60min,中和反应的pH值8.6~9.2。采用该法按最佳工艺条件对电镀废水进行处理,具有较好的处理效果,处理后的水样中各重金属离子浓度及总铬含量均低于国家排放标准。
A reduction-flocculation precipitation process for the treatment of electroplating wastewater was established using copperas as the reducing agent and carbide lime as the neutralization agent.The optimized processing conditions were determined,while the feasibility of the process in the treatment of electroplating wastewater was explored.As the results,the optimized processing conditions were determined as Fe/Cr ratio of 20,reduction duration of 50-60 min,reduction pH value of 3.0-4.0,and neutralization-precipitation pH value of 8.6-9.2.Moreover,the established method could be effectively used for the treatment of electroplating wastewater,and the concentrations of the heavy metal ions and total chromium in the treated wastewater were lower than that specified for discharged wastewater by relevant China national standards.
