水溶性环氧交联阴离子丙烯酸树脂环压强度增强剂的研制及其应用 被引量:3

摘要 采用种子聚合制备了丙烯酸系无皂乳液,复配水溶性环氧树脂,在无机盐的催化下形成交联型阴离子环压强度增强剂乳液。通过实验得到丙烯酸系乳液的最佳合成工艺是:n(BA)/n(St)=1~1.2,ω(PVA)=4%,ω(HEA)=2%,ω(MAA)=8%,温度75℃,反应时间4h;水性环氧树脂交联制备环压强度增强剂的最佳工艺是:固含量25%乳液,环氧树脂1.5%,无机盐浓度15g/L,交联温度80℃,反应3h。浆内使用工艺参数是环压强度增强剂1%,阳离子淀粉1%,硫酸铝1%,pH值为7~8时,抄片的环压指数可达11.30N·m/g。 Soap-free emulsion copolymerization of acrylic acid series was prepared by seed copolymerization.water soluble epoxy resin was compounded and cross linking anionic ring crush strengthening agent emulsion was iormed under the catalysis of inorganic salt.The optimal preperation process for acrylic acid series emulsion was deriverd arter experiments:n(BA)/n(St)1-1.2,w(PVA)=1%,w(HEA)=2%,w(MAA)=8%,temperature 75℃,reaction time 4h,The optimal condition:emulsion25% with solid content,1.5% epoxy resin,inorganic salt consistency 15g/L,temperature for cross linking 80℃ reaction lime 3h.The parameter for application in pulp:the ring crush index of slicing could reach 11.30N.m/g when ring crush strengthening agent was 1%.cationic starch was 1% aluninum sulfate 1%,and pH value 7-8.
