对某造纸厂脱墨废水气浮处理后的污泥进行了分析,提出了利用造纸污泥制造中密度纤维板的方案,并通过实验得出了最佳生产工艺参数,生产出的中密度纤维板达国家一级标准。

An analysis is provided on the sludge from deinking waste after floatation treatment of a paper mill and a proposal is put forward for producing MDF-mediumdensity fibre board with flotation tank sludge.The optimal parameters of the process were obtained through experiments and the MDF was in accordance with Gradelof the national standard.
